Please cancel changes to credit card ending #3105
I have been charged for a monthly data plan purchase un error the service expired August 31 2023.
September 2023 Amount $28.25 &
October 2023 Amount $28.25

click on that link I provided, then request that Customer Support remove all of the credit card info from your account. I doubt you'll get a refund...but you could ask anyway. I'll include that link here...https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Sign into account - Left side go to Payments - Click on Manage Subscription on the right side of page - you'll see the word Subscribed and a blue toggle beside it. Move it to the left. Then payments will no longer be made.

@LCunningham did you setup the account yourself? if you did, just login and disable Subscribed from Payment page
8f you are not aware you setup the account, open ticket with support and ask them to investigate and help

if you no longer need PM service, you need to message the CSA to remove payment info OR disable Subscribed (Autopay)...otherwise how is anyone to know you've cancelled service unless you ported away.
