I can't log into my account because I don't have access to my phone any longer. I wish to cancel my number.

I am no longer in Canada or the US so I can't access the network - I have access-to but not the use of my Public Mobile number. I have been in contact with customer service and they are assisting me. Thanks so much for your kind reply.

What do you mean by no access to your phone? Lost it or stolen?

You have to gain access to your account in order to remove autopay and account will be closed after 90 days of no pay.
If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options. Chose email.

you'll need to use this link to message the Customer Support and ask to have your payment info scrubbed.
