Lost/stolen phone 

I cant access my email associated on my account.

I also dont remember my password now..

My accoynt needs to be topped up and switch plan. 

Switch from eSim to sim card.

As mentioned in the first post, you will need to contact customer service agent to gain access to your account.  It will take a few hours for CSA to respond.  You will likely need to respond to some security questions to verify your identity to gain access to your account.

If you lost/stolen phone. Why would you need to top up your plan, switch plan and switch to eSIM to SIM?

Did you pick up a new phone and SIM?

Please clarify.

In addition to contacting the customer agent as suggested by Chalupa below, you can try to dial *611, input your 10-digit telephone number and pay your account by credit card or voucher to at least keep your account active. Good luck
