I have a public mobile account for cellphone, but there are 2 email address associated with it.
The phone is functional but cannot access the account due to different email addresses.
Had got his resolved at one point, but the problem is back again.

since you have 2 accounts, make sure you use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login to avoid any browser cache problem
and if you got an error, what is that? is that a message asking you to Reactivate or Continue with your Subscription? If it is that message, the EverSafe login system cannot find your My Account, you need support agent's help, you can submit ticket by direct message:

It is not possible to have two different email associated with one PM account.
You might have one for PM and one for Community. Use one for PM to log in.
If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options. Chose email.
