is your service suspended now? You need to resume service first, then buy the new esim. Login My Account and pay to resume first. If you have trouble with 2FA, click Didn't receive code and select Send email to get the code via email

renew subscription and esim are two different things
if you just want esim, make sure your phone is esim compatible (if unsure, tell us what phone you have). Then download the Public Mobile app no your phone, login and go to Account page to buy sim card and choose esim and follow the steps

do you mean you wish to upgrade to esim ? If so, use the PM app to log in to your PM account to purchase the esim.
Do you mean to just renew your subscription ? If so...when you activated your new PM account you used a valid credit / debit card and it was set to autopay by default.
If you could clarify your question please.
