Sim not working

So I activated my sim card and bought the 40$ plan. After trying everything possible (restarting, APN, network reset,…), my data is not working, it does not even appear LTE or 3G, and when i call, my phone is no user id, and i even went to the place that i bought the sim card, they did everything and stil didnt work. Please help me or refund my money because this is un acceptable.

Would need some more info, may be a stuck port or several other issues. Fill us in on some of the above questions if you get a chance.

HI @tuoicu I don't think you need a refund.  I think it is just an activation issue.   You cannot even make calls?   PM CS agent can check the system and reprovision the account and sim.  Please open a ticket if you have not done so.  Not sure if you can login to your My Account, please open ticket by sending a message to PM CS Agent:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Did you port your old number over PM or did you pick a new number?

There are extra steps if you are porting your old number.
