Many times these type of situation is indeed an attempt at reactivating a plan that is over 90 days suspended unfortunately. So you will have to start fresh with the new rewards program etc.

May have been a typo, you are prob right in that it is 647

Yeah 547-768-#### is not valid. 547 is not even a valid area code.
Adding: 647-768 on the other hand is in fact a Telus Mobility #.
What happens when you insert the sim in an unlocked compatible phone and dial 611? When was the last time you paid for this service? Are you able to login to the account?

@AOEMService - that number you posted as is, is not transferable to Public Mobile (Telus owns Public and Koodo, so use this tool to check):
https://secure.koodomobile.com/checktransfereligibilityparrot/checkSingle.do
Is the number you posted correct? Please don't post it if it is different, just check in the above link to see if you can port it over.
edit, it doesn't sound like you are porting over...I know you said the word 'reactivate', but, now I am not sure...
Have you been a customer previously with Public Mobile, or are you trying to activate a new account/SIM card?

HI @AOEMService

HI @AOEMService How long you left PM? If over 90 days, then the account was permanently closed. You will need to get a new SIM card and activate as a new account
Take advantage of the weekend promotion, they have 2GB free for couple months for $35+

Two things, @AOEMService
This is a public forum with other customers, just like you, please edit your post by tapping the downward arrow upper right and edit this information out.
Re the inactive account, was the number inactive for more than 90 days, if so, it's permanently deactivated.
If it ISN'T, what happens when you dial *611 and what does your self-serve login say when you log in?
