I tried everything, APN settings, Tethered settings, including changing my telephone but it would not work.
I finally moved to a new service provider. Ten days without a proper connection was not acceptable.

@keithtel are you a new customer and haven't had data working before, or an existing customer that had data working in the past? Have you checked to make sure you have data available on your plan, you haven't used it all up and have you confirmed that you have cellular data turned on? If you are using an Android phone, have you checked that you do not have any data limits set? More info from your side would be helpful to let us know what you have tried so far or confirmed.

Can you provide more information, can you receive/make calls ?
Can you get/send messages ?
Did you try to reboot the phone ?
Did you try to change Network Mode or Change configurations under Mobile Networks ?

what phone do you have?
no data is usually a problem with the APN settings
start with Reset Network Settings and see if it helps
if not, you might need to manually update APN
