My subscription is due in 11days but my data is finished. I can’t wait until then.How do I renew it.I also want to switch to an offer my sister has which is not available on my app. Can I talk to anyone?

Unfortunately, customers can only change to plans that are offered in their accounts. Since it's not listed as one of the available plans for you to switch to, there isn't any option to change to it. Different customers have different plans available.

another quick way to check your our Change Subscription page. If there is a plan you like and you don't mind to change to it, you can use Change Now to make the plan change. But you need to understand you might not be able to change it back to your current plan after you move away to another plan So, if you like your current plan and rather stick with it, ask PM to help to renew the plan for you. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

Hey @Nanadave
If you're data is finished and you REALLY need it, you can purchase data addons but those can be a big expensive. The other option, whatever you're paying now, see what the next level up is and you can change it to that. You have 2 options, change NOW or at renewal. If you want the data fast, choose now. Then once that is done, wait just a bit and restart your phone.
