Hello @tototomate, this could be totally normal but if you want it as soon as possible you could try to cancel the online order and going to buy a sim in person? If you can’t wait it still doesn’t come after about 3 weeks you can buy them at select Telus stores and other locations that carry public mobile sim cards. You can find those stores near you here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/store-locator. Hope this issue gets resolved soon.

sim card order could take as many as 3 weeks. So, you should get it sometime next week
But since it is over 10 days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm they shipped it
please follow this to open ticket with PM support
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Sim card order", then click "Contact Us", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
If you need one urgently for activation, get a new one from local Telus or Koodo store.

@tototomate Can take 3 day to 3 weeks to arrive if you need one sooner try Telus Koodo stores near you for in person pick up or contact support for status update
