I can't update my cc info. I keep getting the same "oops something went wrong. Try again later" message.
I've tried the incognito approach and still no luck. I need help from actual people to fix this issue.
Never had any complaints about the service til NOW.

Hopefully you know that everything is done online here. Sometimes I find hitting the back page arrow and then trying again works for me.
You may get some good suggestions here on the community forum. If not, contact a CS agent as mentioned by others. Good luck.😎

@MartinZ - good you tried incognito mode. The message says 'try again later', maybe in 15+ minutes or so, see how that goes.
If still issues, contact Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

try close all browser and clear cache/ cookies/ open inPrivate mode,from computer.

@MartinZ Try a different t device or lap top
and go to payment tab and update cc info
