Sim hasn't shipped.

I placed my order for a sim on may 22nd but it still has not been shipped. No tracking number and ive been unable to make any type of contact with customer service to get a replacement.  My phone is not compatible with Esim

It seems many have been having issues receiving their sim card lately. It may be a backlog of shipments, but if you dont want to wait id suggest going to a Telus (or maybe a walmart, id check with them first if they have it) and pick one up in person.
