Hi,
I have ordered a SIM card last week and i was wondering if there's a way i can track where it is at?
Thanks!

HI @Jerrie99
it is shipped by regular mail, so no tracking.
Message support to open the case first. They might offer to resend you the card or if you tell it is urgent, they might ask you to pickup from local Telus or Koodo store, faster and easier

How am I supposed to know if its lost in the mail if there's no tracking?

The fastest way to get a Public Mobile SIM card is from Amazon. And if you are a Prime member, you’ll get it the next day.

No tracking number. SIM from PM is send by regular post through Canada Post.
It usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive SIM from PM. Sometimes faster, sometimes longer and sometimes it gets lost in the mail. In that case open a ticket and ask for replacement.

hi @Jerrie99
sim card could take long to arrive. Usually within a week but can be up to 3 weeks
best to ask support agent to confirm if they shipped out the sim card yet
please submit a ticket with CS Agent using direct message:
