Hi, I am trying to start a new account and selected my package that I wanted, and got the SIM card shipped to me. Some how I misses setting up the phone number, as this is a new phone that didn't have a number previously. Now I am stuck in the activation process, and I need a hone number, which I don't have. And I cant back out or cancel my activation process... This is quite frustrating, especially as I am unable to contact an agent. Can anyone help me ? Thanks in advance!

Note that you can only activate the SIM on the PM app and you can’t on it on your computer/laptop.
So download the PM app on your phone and complete the activation.
You have 2 options for a phone number.
- pick a new number from the list available - port your old number over to PM

yes I have a card, but somehow I cant seem to finish the set up. I need to down load the app or something, but then the app needs a phone number...

Do you have the card now? You don't get a number till you have a sim and finish the setup.
