This is a follow up to my message posted on April 24 ,2022.
My sim card ending with 4669 stopped working on April 24 the. It can neither receive nor send signal.
I went to purchase a new one ending with 2974 from Walmart. Activated it on line and has been working since.
Can I get reimbursed for the $10+tax which comes to $10.50 total.

Sounds like you may have activated a whole new line, hopefully you just used the change sim, in either instance PM will most likely add the credit to your available balance

HI @chindynasty We are all just customers here.
But I have seen before that PM support reimbursed SIM cost to customers, especially if the SIM was not too old.
Just open a ticket. Or at least ask them to send you another SIM card as spare 🤣

Did you activate a new account or did you use change sim?
You would need to ask the support people to credit your account $10.

@chindynasty It is possible. But usually people open ticket with PM first and have them check and confirm before buying new for reimbursement.
But try to ask PM support and explain, it is possible they agree to reimburse. To open ticket with PM:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
