Suddenly, my phone was not able to receive or make any phone call. I messaged the CS_agent and got a new sim card. But, now my phone shows no service and can't read the sim card. I tried other carrier sim card and it works!! If anyone know what's going onwith the public mobile sim card?

have you go and update your sim card yet? You need to do it yourself before the sim card is functional. You can update it via the app the My Account

you need to update your account with the new sim card number. Simply login My Account (use email to receive the 2FA code) and then go to Profile and click the pencil besides the sim card number to enter the new one
if you cannot login My Account to update, ask suppor to help
