I received a new phone and lost my SIM card while transferring cards. How can I get an esim for my new phone

Click on "Didn't Get Code?" There should be an option to send to your email address.

Hello @AndreasM
Did you just start your account or just got a new phone and lost the SIM in the process? If that is the case, just download the app on your phone, log in and you'll see where to purchase a eSIM.
If you just started the service and ordered the SIM card and misplaced it, because the system is set for a SIM, you'll have to ask a CS Agent to change it to eSIM.
