I have just signed up for a public mobile plan, with the SIM option as esim. Unfortunately, my phone does not support it. How do I go about to get a SIM card instead and setup my new phone plan with it?

@MayQuan you can get one from Amazon or call around to local Telus Koodo store for availability and log into account and go to profile page to swap the sim or get support to help you . May be a good idea to contact them to see if the will reimburse or give you credit for buying another sim
SIM SWAPPING profile tabs
Note only do this on lap top or computer/ not mobile device

Hi @MayQuan
Amazon Public Mobile SIM or you can call your local Telus stores and see if they have any.
Out of curiosity, what phone do you have?

what phone do you have?
we saw the message was showing up incorrectly, it could be just the eSIM wasn't installed automatically by the app, issue can be resolve by manual installing the eSIM. There is a QR code in your Welcome email. Open it from a computer, or another device, then use your phone to scan it to install the eSIM profile on your phone
Once you installed the eSIM profile, (or If you got passed that step), try to reboot your phone once.
If it still does not connect and if you have any active sim on the phone , disable them (eSIM/Physica sim) or remove the physical sim. Then click Reset All Networks on your phone and it will work. (Please note that Reset all Networks will also erase your saved Wifi and Bluetoosh connections, but you just need to add them back after). Also, it is possible you have to reset it multiple times for it to work.
if it still does not work, please open ticket with PM support
