My account says "Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription." But there is a pending transaction on my credit card already.
Also, when I go to payments it's saying the next payment is due August 11th.
Can anyone help me figure out what's going on here?

I thought I would wait and see if it got sorted out, but no service again today so I had to pay. I'll have to see if there's a double charge or not.

@cliffordruns You're on a 90 day subscription for only $38.42?
Edited to add, since today is renewal day sometimes weird things seem to happen with the online account which resolve later, although it's a bit late in the day and your phone should still keep working.

if you really have no service now, I think the pending charge didn't go through
Since you have no service now, I would click "Pay Now and Resume services" first
Monitor your credit card for the next couple days, if you really see duplicated charges, PM can easily provide refund
