My service has been suspended when I try and update my payment option it asks me for a code that I cannot find.

@Rayleen are you under the PAYMENT tab in your self serve account and it is asking you to enter your CCV/CCV2 code from your payment card?

@Rayleen Are you trying to update your payment card via 611? Then you would need your 4 digit PIN to make changes to any CC registered on account.
Are you able to log into your self serve account? You will be able to make the changes there by selecting the Payment tab and scroll down the page to Manage my Card option. Make sure to enter the name/address exactly as it appears on your payment card statement and no spaces for the postal code.
If you're trying to load a voucher via the 611 system, then you don't need a PIN to load the voucher, but do need to enter the correct set of 12 digit numbers on the voucher (voucher PIN).

Ive never heard of the code request, how long as your service been suspended?

Code? What code systems is asking you?
Do you try to add payment through self-serving account or 611?
