Hi,
I successfully ported out of Koodo. My phone has no cell service and I don’t see a public mobile eSIM. I only see a Koodo sim which does have my existing number. What should I do

I did reply yes. When following the eSIM link I get an error telling me I cannot activate my eSIM and to wait or contact my carrier . I will suit a ticket thanks

you got a text from Koodo about the port and you replied Yes?
if you did, then disble Koodo esim. Check your email for a welcome email from PM, there should be a QR code to install the esim
if not, then ask PM support for help, you can submit ticket by direct message:
