Hi,I successfully ported out of Koodo. My phone has no cell service and I don’t see a public mobile eSIM. I only see a Koodo sim which does have my existing number. What should I do
I did reply yes. When following the eSIM link I get an error telling me I cannot activate my eSIM and to wait or contact my carrier . I will suit a ticket thanks
