i upgraded my plan (immediate upgrade) to 75gb and paid, but my phone is not reflecting. cant find any help on it. submitted ticket no replies either. please help thanks

@loklokkwan I wouldn't worry about it unless and until your data stops. Where are you seeing "Data Usage" and "Connections"? Those are not in my version of the PM app. I see on my main screen "Usage Breakdown" and under that it just lists the plan/subscription Minutes and data use as well as all the old add ons I have. If you are referring to your phones settings I would ignore it. The app has you on the correct plan.

@loklokkwan Are you sure that's not a data limit that you set yourself in the phone Settings? I seem to recall that my previous Android phone required that, my current one is an iPhone which doesn't show how much data is left in my plan.

@loklokkwan When you select "Manage Subscription" in the app what plan is showing under "Current Subscription"?

Under data usage it still show my old data which is 3GB and shows its almost used up. It should say 75GB and since i just upgraded 2 days ago it should have a lot left, is what i am expecting. Thank you for your help, i ll try to find a way to contact them again.

Make sure to keep checking the envelope icon top right of this page for a reply, or tap your avatar for Messages if no envelope. yes restarted few times. also reset the network settings already. still not reflecting.
