Hi I am a new subscriber, but I accidentally chose to have a physical sim when I wanted my plan to be activated on a e-sim. Is there a way to change that?

@ellieh in the app, does it allow you to purchase esim? Click on the link to purchase it and if the system will determine if your phone is compatible.
If so, use the chatbot to create a ticket and ask agent to swap the sim number for you
