i upgraded my plan (immediate upgrade) to 75gb and paid, but my phone is not reflecting. cant find any help on it. submitted ticket no replies either. please help thanks
On the app it shows the correct subscription but under DATA USAGE under connections it shows old. Maybe i need to clear something but dont know how... thanks!
Under data usage it still show my old data which is 3GB and shows its almost used up. It should say 75GB and since i just upgraded 2 days ago it should have a lot left, is what i am expecting. Thank you for your help, i ll try to find a way to contac...
