I cant use data even though I have it and getting a hold of an agent is next to impossible. Getting so frustrated and ready to switch at this point.

I never had issues in contacting a CS_Agent (Moderator). On SIMon Chatbot…type in Submit a Ticket.
Or click on Compose icon and type in CS_Agent in the Send To space like what you would do when you email a friend or family.
