SIM card is not working

My SIM card is not working, I have paid my plan yesterday, still not working???

If you already tried rebooting your phone by powering it off then back on.

It could be a provisional/backend issue with PM.

Please contact a CS_Agent by chatting with them through SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page and type in create a ticket or through private messaging on the envelope icon above.

@Nohasalem is there any error on the phone status bar on top?  No SIM ? Sim not provisiioned? No Network?

 

and you can not make and receive calls? Data not working?

If you login to My Account using Incognito mode , does it show Account active?

Do you have another phone to test your PM sim card?

There's nobody gonna call you. This is the Community Forum, which is the front line trouble shooting forum. Try to work with us to help figure out the problem.

If you dial 611...does it say your account is Active or something else ?

Have a look at devicecheck.ca to rule out that possibility. Can you try your sim in another phone? Did you possibly deal with a credit card issue recently? Can you login to your account? What recording do you get when you dial 611? Or from another phone, dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter your number and what recording do you get there?

Are you on autopay? It might have failed. Can you look at your payment history to see if it got paid.

 

If not make a manual payment. Choose other from drop down menu and put in cost of your plan.

No I am old customer, and this is first time happened to me I tried everything

Are you a new customer? Have you tried rebooting, resetting network, reinstalling SIM card and rebooting. Is your phone unlocked? Have you tried SIM card in another unlocked phone?
