Missing Rewards

Hi All,

I have 2 friends that I've referred, but I see that I'm only getting $1 off.  I'm on the old grand-fathered loyalty program.

Can someone fix this please?

You'll just see it back in your rewards area. The actual deduction won't happen until the next renewal.

Any idea how long the referral reward takes to come back once my friend has reactivated his account?

Yeah, one of my referrals had his credit card cancelled and forgot to update the auto-payment.  He just updated his account now.  Let's see if my rewards comes back!

One of your referral is probably suspended status or ported out of PM.

Check with the referrals I your list of numbers in your account.

See if their still active with PM.
