Hi,
I have the old public mobile rewards. I recently changed from the 25$ plan to the 34$/90 day plan. I got my bill in my credit card and it shows I am paying the full amount? Why is this happening? Anyone know how to fix this? I tried to submit a ticket but there's an error 404... I private messaged @CS_Agent and am waiting for a reply... My bill should be 81$ before tax, not 102$...
Thanks

Switching from 30 day to 90 day plans does affect reward timing. The first payment will only get 30 days rewards. The rewards is based on the previous payment cycle supposedly.
Going forward, you should get Loyalty and Friend rewards every 30 days as credit into your account. Autopay $6 will be paid every 90 days.

rewards are earned at the end of a plan cycle. PM will credit rewards to your account on the last day of the plan cycle. These rewards will then be used towards your renewal on the following day.
Since you are moving from a 30 days cycle, you have only earned one month worth of rewards, and the 1 month worth of rewards will therefore be applied on your new renewal, in this case, the plan change for your 90 days.
So, please go back and check your Payment history, the day before you changed to the 90 days plan, PM should have already deposited one month worth of rewards to your account as Available Fund
and FYI, after you changed to the 90 days plan, you will be receiving the rewards as follow:

It's not odd when it's understood that rewards are given for the previous term, not before. You will see all of your rewards over the next 90 days being added to your balance and just before renewal.
But again, did you do an immediate plan change? Maybe provide an image of your payment history from here up to the new plan.

That's odd... So my new 90 day plan has rewards from my previous 30 day plan? Weird.

So you had $7 in rewards? You had previously paid $18? (102-81)/3 = 7

@pharaoh_peter So when you changed did you select "change on next renewal date" or did you select to "change plan now"? Because if you didn't select "change on next renewal date" would explain why you didn't get rewards.

@pharaoh_peter So you should have $21 in rewards? When you changed plan you couldn't have accidentally set up a new account? There's not really anything we can do in the community about billing, hopefully your private message to support will get a reply soon.

to start a 90-day plan, form a 30-day plan, you only have 30 days of reward to put against it to start.
Once you complete 90-day plan you will have 90 days rewards applied the second renewal.
