@BIGS780 , to get your eSIM to activate on your phone have you tried the steps below?

you cannot transfer eSIM , but you need to buy a new one
if you need to switch phones a lot, better to stay with physical sim card for one time fee
But if you decided to stay with eSIM, then install PM app on the new phone you want the eSIM, then login , go to Subscription page , scroll to the bottom and click Shop Sim card now and then select eSIM , buy and install

You cannot transfer an eSIM from one phone to another. You will need to purchase another eSIM.
You will have to download the app on the device you are intending on transferring to, login to your account and go to the subscription and add-on’s tab, and then scroll down and select “Shop SIM Card Now”.
Was the eSIM working on your phone previously? Perhaps we can help troubleshoot and get it working on the original phone so you don’t have to purchase another eSIM.
