Go to Rewards and convert your points to money. Funds will appear on 'available funds' on your account and will be used for next bill payment.

Adding to @kb_mv comment. You can also redeem $15, $30 etc if you have the accumulated points.

@felice Go into the Rewards section of the app. Select Browse Catalogue. Scroll down to 15 Points - $15 Bill Credit. Hit More details then hit redeem. Confirm and that's it. In a minute or two you will see under Payment, available funds of $15 to be used next renewal or for whatever you want.

Edit: of course this presumes you have at least 15 points available.
