Hi
I need my phone fixed ASAP. Issue as per the title. I restarted the phone, reset networking settings, and ensured updates are done for the phone.
I still do not have data, and I cannot send or receive text messages.

A Public Mobile account going into suspension doesn't cause a phone to go into SOS mode. The phone still connects to the network and text messages from Public Mobile such as the EverSafe messages can still be received.

Same thing is happening to me 😞 SOS only

Would you happen to have another device to try your SIM card in? If it has the same problems in another device, you could rule out your phone as the problem, and it would be a Public issue.

not showing on the service outage map for my area at all 😞 honestly do not know what is going on..

SOS would imply no service or an inactive line, but your plan is active.
Could your area be affected by a service outage? Otherwise, a support agent could assist by ticket or private message. They may need to refresh something from the backend.
