Request for a new number transfer.

I transferred my number on the app a day ago, and it still says SOS. I checked on my old provider Telus and it said "Your number transfer was cancelled. If you still want to transfer your number, please submit a new request."

Not sure where to submit a request the chatbot is no help, and the submit the ticket link the bot sends doesn't work, it gives me the error code 404.
