How do I gain access to my account if I lost my phone AND access to my email.. now I can't get my 2 step verification code. I want to transfer my number but I can't without access to my text or my account!

@aleciadmaclean without access to both you will need to reach out to a support agent.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type: Customer Support Agent)
