I needed to change my service from the $35 to the the $15 one and I know I pressed change subscription on renewal date. But when I just checked it has not updated and if I change it now I don't get refund... Is there anyway to help with this as I am leaving the country soon and it is not worth for me to keep the expensive plan while I am gone. I am wondering what the error was when I pressed change subscription on renewal?

@yueunlee it sounds like you did everything perfectly. Refresh your browser and check again. You can always repeat the steps and make sure you aren't missing anything.

@yueunlee did PM already charged you the $35 plan? if you remember you changed the plan to $15 , the scheduled changed could have been deleted from the My Account upgrade. No worry, message support and they might be able to help if today is still Day 1 of the new cycle

@yueunlee You can also just turn off auto pay while your away and you account will suspend for 90 days before closing out completely. So be sure to make payment by the 85 day or in 40 days depending when your back and then it won’t cost you anything while to keep your plan
Turn auto pay OFF/ON 3 easy clicks
Adding if you like your $35 plan know that it is no longer offered so if you do change to $15 you won’t be able to get it back at this point

@yueunlee - select to change it on next renewal again. Take a screenshot for your records.
Are you saying you did this already, but it is not showing you have a schedule change? Try clicking the circle refresh button or log in through an incognito tab and see if it shows then.
