Looking for tracking info on order 34xxxx? I purchased a refurbished phone… is it unlocked to use on any carrier?

@Johnnybees19 , I see I am quite late replying but in case you see this message… I was able track my phone order without the tracking # by using my delivery address in my UPS app which in turn gave me my tracking #! So, I was able to track it & know when it was going to be delivered! I received mine phone within 3 days of ordering!

Unfortunately, PM does not offer tracking information for the phones.  The phone will just arrive.  Usually with 7-10 days.  If over that time frame, you can contact customer service agent to get help.
