I gave my code to my sister and she used it months ago and I still have never received the reward for it. She got the $10 off and I haven’t gotten anything!

If she got $10 that means referral worked.
Log in and check what it says regarding rewards. You should see last 4 digits of her phone number.

Login Page Rewards and check it, if you don't see it your sister need to send Private Messages to Customer Support Agent
with your code.

Did you login to My Rewards site (https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards) and check the Refer-a-friend section and check to see if your sister phone number there?
If you checked and it's not there, have your sister to open a ticket with PM and explain to them that only she got it but not you (the referee)
