Mobile Network Disconnected

Hello

I am trying to set up my PM Sim Card. I got the account set up, and my number from PC Mobile ported. I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017). I got the APN settings set up. The mobile virtual operator type is set to GID and the Mobile virtual network operator value is set to 4D. 

It says that my Mobile Network is disconnected. I can send and recieve texts to numbers that are on Public Mobile, but I can't send or recieve texts to anyone else. And I can't recieve calls from anyone but I can make them to PM numbers.

What can I do to fix this?

Which phone/software has this bug?  I have never seen it.  Porting issues affect the phone number which impacts calling and texting, not data.

The phone says mobile state disconnected.  It isn't because @rose2640 said some services were working. Data isn't working isn't a porting issue but the no incoming calls could be the porting. I was asking about data because rose2640 didn't say anything about the data after changing the APN.

@rose2640  Sounds like you number port hasn't completed yet. To verify insert your PC Mobile sim and if it still works it means that the port hasn't completed yet. You will be able to receive calls and texts when PC Mobile releases your number to PM. Í if it's been more than 4 hours submit a ticket to PM for further assistance.

@rose2640 , if you are on WiFi or have mobile data disabled, you will see mobile network disconnected.
