Where are you and your friend located? Does your friend know which plan they want? There are some promocodes they can use when activating on the $25 and $35+ plans online. Or they can save 20% on their first month and get a free SIM card with an activation bundle at Canadian Cell Supplies or just order a $3 SIM card.

Let us know what the make and model is of the phones they want to use and we can tell you if they would work with Public. Any of the phones sold here obviously would work. Then they'll need a sim. Then they activate an account with that sim and yes they can use your referral code and any current promo code. If you and them wish to talk to people physically in South Korea then you would need to buy the 300 minute international long distance add-on. Public does not work anywhere other than in Canada (and US with roaming add-ons).

Ask you friend to buy a PM SIM from Store,

make sure you give your friend your Friend Referral code.  Your friend will get $10 and you will get $1 or 1 Point every month
