Received text from PM stating I used 95% of data plan, but not true, also seem to be missing Add-On

Two problems:

1. I received a text from PM (yes, for sure from PM) stating I had used 95% of the data included in my service.  I feel confident I did not use nearly that much, and my account history also does not show that I've used anywhere near that.  I got that message about 12 days ago and it has allowed me to continue using the plan.  The day I received the text was also the first day of a new cycle, so I can't tell if that is why it allowed me to continue using the plan (ie. if it is still considering that I reached 95% of the plan for the previous cycle).  

I want to understand why I go that text message to ensure things are being tracked accurately and that I can trust the system.  It makes me wonder if prior similar messages were also inaccurate (and I took them at their word and paid for data add-ons).  

One annoying thing is that I can no longer find a way to view usage from that is broken down into cycles from the past (only the current cycle and then past history is all lumped together up to 90days and can filter to data only, but not filter by cycle).  Anyhow, it seems very clear I'm not anywhere close to 95% usage.   

2. When I looked into my page ~12 days ago I'm quite sure it showed a partially used LD add-on, as well as an unused LD add-on, and now the unused one is showing empty????!!!

What is going on?  Can I trust this service anymore?  Are they getting in a financially desperate situation and starting to play tricks?

the text from before was right, you can trust

just PM has some problem with the system and has been sending out this text to wrong people in the past 2 weeks

Thanks!  Going back to #1 though, I am concerned I may have trusted similar texts in the past and paid for data add-ons unnecessarily.  When I search the help topics in here, it seems this is a recurring issue.  If it was truly a one-off mistake, they should absolutely take accountability and send out an apology message to clarify.  It comes across like they are trying to take advantage of people who won't cross-reference before paying for add-ons.  Sketchy.

use the PM app to log in to your account > click on Usage Breakdown to see current plan status as well as any add-ons remaining on your account. If you don't think that's correct, you can message Customer Support using this link..

2. I've tried that - same issue showing

hi @jay_phone 

1. ignore the text, many got that but it is a system problem sent out  to wrong audience

2.  could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
