Hello,
I am a former Public Mobile customer and recently received an email stating that I can use the code WINBACK120 to receive a $5 monthly credit.
Today, I tried to rejoin Public Mobile through the app and selected the $36 plan. When I entered the promo code, the system asked me to provide a validation code, which I understood to be my phone number (the same one I used previously with Public Mobile). However, after entering it, I received the error message: “Something went wrong, please try again.”
Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue and successfully apply the promo code?

@suyy0221 Look at the terms of this promo code if any. If you got it via email, it might be at the bottom. If all looks good and still not working, you might have to contact PM CS_Agent
