hi we have received a text from public mobile stating our plan did not renew due to missed payment. We would like to resolve this matter. the payment from which funds are withdrawn will be replenished on the 28 of october.
If this is not satisfactory we can make other arrangements.

The renew could take a little bit longer to complete after the funds is taken. Try reboot the phone and test again.

@Sylav Please click on the arrow in the box and remove your phone numbers. These are NOT private forums.
Public mobile is a prepaid service, not post paid. You can pay your bill whenever you want within 89 day days. You don't need to notify anyone of your intent.
