Around six months ago, I noticed in the app that PM was offering a 2GB data plan for the same price as i was paying for 1GB ($19), so I signed up for it.
Fast forward to yesterday, and I received a text message from PM stating "Your plan did not renew because we did not receive your payment. To resume your service, make a payment...". When I looked at the missing payment I realized that they were trying to charge me for $10 for a 1GB add-on. So it appears to me that my 2GB plan suddenly changed from a 1GB plan with a 1GB (paid) add-on.
What's also strange is that when I look at my old invoices, it only ever showed the 1GB plan...but for the past six months I've been using 2GB/month without ever purchasing a data add-on. I created a helpdesk ticket but couldn't get the agent to acknowledge that I've ever even been on the 2GB plan.
Can anyone offer an explanation for why my 2GB has suddenly become 1GB? Or has anyone experienced anything similar to this?
Note that the only thing that's changed on my side recently was is that I changed my credit card info in the PM app about a week ago. (PM had been billing to an old card for the past three months, but that's another story...).

I also have the $19 / 2 GB data plan. It always shows as 2GB's...not 1 GB add-on. Sounds like you might not have successfully opted for the 2 GB plan back 6 mos ago.
