I need help transfer my old number 413-xxx-xxxx to Public Mobile.This number not working, and I have not got any transfer message from old provider(Virjin). I got SMS , that ne # 437-xxx-xxxx available, but just SMS messages working. Calls not working.

Maybe try a reboot of your phone.
If still the same (ie. no talk service still), then your account was not set up properly.
