It's been 12 hours I transferred mobile number from Bell to public mobile. SMS is not working and didn't get message that transfer is complete. How to contact real agent .

@Ani92 Is everything else working on your Public Mobile account, can you call and especially can you receive phone calls. Data works? Does your Bell account still work? The message that the port is complete seems to be hit and miss. If your Bell account is no longer working and you have inserted your Public Mobile sim and restarted the phone and it works, that indicates the port has been done. The question then is what works and what doesn't.
