@cynstar you can also use *611 to cancel Autopay
click 5 for Autopay and 2 to disable.
But, make sure you are not planning to port your number to another provider.. If you are porting number out , you must have an active account.

An upcoming renewal? Remove autopay or suspend service via lost/stolen. I prefer the latter. If you suspend before midnight eastern on the night of renewal your voicemail will remain active but after reactivating you will have to contact customer support to have your rewards applied manually. Pay and reactivate your plan by day 89 to keep your account and phone number from being cancelled and deactivated.

- Quick and keep your phone number.
Disable autopay and remove autopay credit card info to stop autopay and port your number to another provider. Your account will be cancelled right away.
- Slow and do not keep your phone number.
Remove autopay credit card info to stop autopay. Your account will be suspended without payment at your next renewal date. 90 days after suspension, your account will be canceled. You have 90 days to change your mind by paying and reactivate your account.
- ‘Sell’ your plan and do not keep your phone number
If you have a plan with high demand, you can let someone to take over your plan. Your phone number will go with the plan to the new owner.

If you have autopay setup then remove your credit card.
Sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, then ‘Register for AutoPay’. From here, you can sign up for AutoPay or remove the feature, if you no longer want payments to automatically occur. If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.

How do I cancel monthly payment since I no longer have cell phone

@cynstar : If you can log in to your account, just remove the payment card and the account will suspend. Then after 90 days it will deactivate.
Or if you know your 4 digit PIN, you can dial 18554public and toggle off autopay and the same should happen.
Edit: speedy again 🙂
