Hi everyone, I'm a little confused.
I'm posting a screenshot of the plan I'm interested in. My questions:
1) This seems to include data from within BOTH Canada and the US. Am I correct?
2) If I update this plan now, will I be charged immediately? If so, should I wait until renewal?
Anything else I should know?
Thanks!

@davidyates, yes, changing on renewal even if it occurs past the expire date should still work... on Nov. 21 you should be switched to the new plan but I would recommend taking a screenshot of the plan and that you have selected to change an renewal just in case there are any hiccups, this way you will have proof

One more question: this plan offer is good until Oct 24 (tomorrow). If I choose the option to switch to this plan at my renewal time (Nov 21) will the offer still apply?

@davidyates If it’s CAN/US plan then yes you can use it in the U.S. like here home in Canada , calling to and from both countries at any time talk text and data

1. Canada-US plans are good, you use all service in US like you are in Canada
2. Use Change on Renewal option and don't use Change Now

@davidyates I don't see a screenshot to be able to say for sure, but if the plan details shows Canada/U.S. then yes, you should be able to use your phone on both sides of the border freely. If you choose "Change Now" you will be bill immediately and will be on the new plan which means you will also forfeit any remaining days you had left on the old plan, so it's best to choose "Change on renewal"
With the Canada/US plan just make sure you have your cellular settings set with Data roaming on. You should be connecting to T-Mobile or AT&T and some have even said Verizon. If you are automatically connected to one of these and have issues try manually connecting to one of the other ones
