Hi my husband seems to have three accounts. I was billed 4 times in the month of October. Please cancel all accounts except for phone number . If you have any questions please contact him ator email him at . He can no longer log into his account as his gmail account is no longer valid. Thank you for responding

This is a public community forum so remove your personal information or you will be spammed. Click on V in circle and edit out.

PM is a self-serve service so you need to disable Subscribe and after 90 days of nonpayment you account will be closed, SIM will not work and your number will be returned to the carrier you got the number from.

Any overcharge will remain in his account as credit to pay for next month bill.

The only way to keep his number. He will need to port out to another carrier.

He should be able to login even his gmail is close as long as the password is correct. The 2FA code will be text to his phone to login.

If he still has problems login to his account. Just contact a CS_Agent.

@Debzie  this public forum of customers like you . If you can’t  log into the accounts , you will have to engage support to help you figure what accounts to keep and cancel . Also the down arrow in circle by time stamp in your post tap it and edit out your personal info 

submit ticket with support . using the chat bubble bottom right of screen 

 

If that doesn’t work you can always send  direct  private message to support .
