Hey friends,
I'm currently on a $29 20GB 4G plan and thinking about switching, however my current plan mentions it explicitly includes call features like caller display and voicemail, while the new one notably does not.
I don't feel strongly about the 5G or US/Mexico, but if it has all the features of my current plan plus 5G for the same price, I'll take it.
There's another plan I'm considering, 4G 10GB for $25, but similarly I can't verify if it includes the features.
Can anyone confirm with 100% certainty whether or not it includes these features?

@GiraffeHat1, receiving bravos also contributes towards the monthly community rewards and Public Mobile has kept the overall scoring process a secret from all of us so that we don't know how much bravos and accepted solutions are weighted, supposed to help prevent people from "gaming" the rewards system. Honestly, it's also great to be able to help and learn from posts so feel free to pitch in if you have time 🙂

as many said, all plans now include those basic call features. So, they are all there whichever plan you change to

Hey @GiraffeHat1 I've been here for 6 years now and have been on at least 5 different plans. ALL plans that Public Mobile offer have those call features. It's a standard practice with PM. 🙂

@GiraffeHat1 all Public Mobile plans include the same basic features of call waiting, call display etc so the one you are looking at will have it as well. Please note that we are all customers here in the community, no PM employees

all current plans include those calling features, call forward, call waiting, caller id display, voicemail
so, you can change to the new plan and have the same call features, 100% 🙂
