Hi! Happy New Year first of all.
My question is this.
I have been trying to purchase service plan using my Canada debit card(mastercard) but it's keep giving me an error. How can I fix it and purchase the plan with Public mobile? Thank you

As far as I know, anyone activating a new PM acct must use the app...is that correct ?
Yes, you have to finish your activation with the app. However, new customers can start the activation via the website and then it will tell customers to download app to finish activation.
